Note: The Netherlands entity does not fall under UAE jurisdiction. All UAE transactions are handled solely by Four Racing Two Trading FZCO.

2. Nature of Business

4Racing2.ae is a retailer specializing in motorsport-themed merchandise sourced from authorized distributors. We operate through:

• Our e-commerce platform: www.4Racing2.ae

• Pop-up events and exhibitions

• Display racks located inside partner retail stores (dealerships, showrooms, and other outlets)

All sales from these channels are governed by these Terms & Conditions.

3. Product Authenticity

We ensure that all products we sell are sourced from verified suppliers who deal in officially licensed motorsport merchandise.

However, our responsibility is limited to confirming the authenticity and condition of the product at the time of sale. No further warranties are provided.

4. Prices & Payments

• All prices are listed in AED and may include or exclude VAT depending on applicable regulations.

• Payments may be made through approved online payment gateways or, where applicable, through cash/card at physical sales points.

• Prices may change without prior notice.

5. Shipping, Delivery & Pop-Up Purchases

5.1 Online Orders

Delivery timelines within the UAE are approximate and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or logistical factors beyond our control.

5.2 Pop-Up Events

Items purchased physically at events or exhibitions are considered final sale, subject to our refund policy.

5.3 Retail Rack Partners

Products placed on racks in partner retail locations remain the property of 4Racing2.ae until purchased.
4Racing2.ae is not responsible for store staff actions, store policies, or partner obligations.

6. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Returns or exchanges are accepted under the following conditions:

• Item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags

• Request is made within 7 days of purchase or delivery

• Proof of purchase is provided

6.1 Refund Limitations

Our maximum liability is strictly limited to:

→ A refund equal to the amount paid for the product.

Claims will not be accepted for:

• Indirect or consequential losses

• Emotional or reputational impact

• Business or financial loss

• Loss of opportunity

• Compensation exceeding the purchase price

6.2 Non-Refundable Items

We retail motorsport-inspired merchandise sourced from authorized suppliers.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law:

• 4Racing2.ae is not liable for damages exceeding the value of the purchased item.

• We are not responsible for losses caused by courier delays, third-party service providers, event participation, or partner retailers.

Participation in photos, videos, or social media activities at events is voluntary and at the customer’s own risk.

By using our website or purchasing from us, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless 4Racing2.ae, its owners, and partners from any claims arising from your use of our services or merchandise.

11. Separate Legal Entities

Our Netherlands office operates independently from our UAE entity.
All UAE-related transactions, obligations, and disputes fall under Four Racing Two Trading FZCO.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by UAE law.
Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Dubai, UAE.
