• Retail rack partner locations

• Offline sales and promotional activities

By accessing or using any of these services, customers and partners agree to the terms outlined below.

1. WEBSITE DISCLAIMER

1.1 Product Authenticity

All merchandise sold by 4Racing2.ae is sourced from reputable and authorized suppliers.
However, 4Racing2.ae:

• Is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting as an agent of Formula 1™, MotoGP, the FIA, or any racing team or governing body
• Operates as an independent retailer of officially licensed motorsport merchandise

1.2 No Warranty Beyond Product

All products are sold “as is”, with no warranties—express or implied—beyond the authenticity and condition of the product at the time of sale.

1.3 Errors, Changes & Availability

4Racing2.ae is not responsible for:

• Typographical or listing errors
• Stock shortages or availability changes
• Price updates or modifications
• Delivery delays outside our control
• Disruptions caused by third-party service providers (courier, hosting, payment gateways)

We reserve the right to correct errors or amend listings without liability.

1.5 Limitation of Liability

2. RETAIL RACK PARTNER TERMS

These terms apply to all showrooms, dealerships, and retail partners hosting a 4Racing2.ae merchandise rack.

2.1 Ownership of Stock

All merchandise displayed remains the property of Four Racing Two Trading FZCO until a valid sale is recorded.

2.2 Partner Responsibilities

Partners agree to:

• Safeguard the rack and merchandise
• Provide reasonable security to prevent loss or damage
• Inform 4Racing2.ae promptly of any incidents
• Allow scheduled inventory checks
• Maintain accurate sales records
• Avoid moving or modifying the rack without written approval

2.3 Commission & Billing

• Partners receive an agreed commission or margin per sale
• Monthly billing is based on verified sold items
• Missing stock, unreported sales, or discrepancies may result in adjustments or penalties

2.4 Liability Limitations

Partners are responsible for:

• Theft occurring on their premises
• Damage by staff, customers, or environmental conditions
• Fire, spills, or improper handling
• Compliance with store rules, local regulations, and safety standards

4Racing2.ae is not responsible for the operational or legal obligations of partner stores.

2.5 Termination

Either party may terminate the partnership with 30 days’ written notice.

Upon termination:

• All racks and unsold products must be returned safely and completely
• Any outstanding payments must be settled before collection

3. EVENT PARTICIPATION TERMS & LIABILITY WAIVER

These terms apply to all visitors attending pop-ups, exhibitions, activations, or 4Racing2.ae events.

3.1 Assumption of Risk

By entering any 4Racing2.ae event, visitors acknowledge that:

• Crowds, displays, and environmental conditions may involve inherent risks
• Participation is voluntary and at their own risk
• 4Racing2.ae is not liable for injuries resulting from visitor behavior, third parties, or venue-related factors

3.2 Photography & Media Consent

By attending the event, visitors consent to:

• Photography
• Videography
• Event coverage
• Social media use

Unless a written request for exclusion is submitted prior to entry.

3.3 Product Sales at Events

• All event sales are final, except for verified manufacturing defects
• Event inventory may differ from website stock

3.4 Liability Waiver

To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law, visitors waive claims against 4Racing2.ae for:

• Accidental injuries
• Loss or theft of personal items
• Property damage
• Any incident related to event participation

Our total liability is limited to a refund of the purchase price of defective products purchased at the event.

Visitors must comply with:

Failure to comply may result in removal from the venue.
